The Story

Overview

AutoInvoice is an invoicing system designed to streamline the process of managing customer data and generating invoices. Users can efficiently manage customer information and create PDF invoices with ease. The application supports both manual and automated invoice delivery via email, ensuring timely communication with clients. With the implementation of Job Queues and Redis, the system handles background tasks such as email sending efficiently, improving overall performance. The built-in Scheduler ensures that invoices are dispatched automatically on schedule, maintaining consistent communication with customers.

Background

Invoices for coworking tenants were previously created manually using Microsoft Word, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. There was no centralized system for tracking customer data, making it difficult to manage tenant information and ensure timely invoice delivery.

The Problem

Manual invoice creation processes led to delays and inconsistencies in billing. The lack of a centralized database made it challenging for businesses to keep track of tenant information and manage invoice delivery effectively. Additionally, the absence of automation meant that invoices had to be generated and sent manually, increasing the risk of human error and increasing workload for staff.

The Solution
